Automatic Propane Delivery
Enjoy our FREE automatic delivery service, and you’ll never need to deal with scheduling your next propane delivery. Our special calculation based on degree days and your usage history determines when your next delivery will be, and we’ll automatically deliver propane to your home or business at that time. Customers enrolled in both our Automatic Delivery and Auto Pay programs also receive a $0.30 per gallon discount!
Will-Call Propane Delivery
If you’d prefer to forgo automatic delivery, you can enroll as a will-call customer. This means it’s your responsibility to check your propane tank’s fuel gauge and to call our office to schedule a delivery when you’re running low. The best time to call us is when your tank gauge reads one-quarter (¼) full.
How Residential Propane Delivery Works
- Sign up. Fill out our new customer form.
- Get your tank set up. If you don’t already have a tank, we’ll help you size and install one, then schedule your first fill-up.
- We track your usage (automatic customers). Our system uses degree-day data and your usage history to forecast your next refill and automatically schedule delivery.
- You watch your gauge (will-call customers). Check your tank gauge and call us when it hits one-quarter (¼) full. Don’t wait longer than that.
- We deliver. Our driver fills your tank. You don’t need to be home for most deliveries; we just ask that you keep your tank area clear of any obstructions, unlock any access gates, and secure any pets on the day of delivery.
- You receive an invoice. You’re billed for the gallons delivered. Enroll in our Average Billing Program to keep your monthly payments consistent through the cold months.
